Resting Echocardiogram

Images of the heart by ultrasound also called an echocardiogram give a wealth of information about how the heart is working.  The heart valves and muscles are examined closely and the resting pressures in the heart are evaluated.  $218 limited exam and $405 complete exam

Exercise Stress Test

Walking on the treadmill provides information about the electrical and functional abilities of the heart.

Hospital Procedures

If you are unable to walk on a treadmill or if you prefer being evaluated in the hospital setting,  we refer patients to both Penrose St. Francis & UC Health Systems. 

Stress Echocardiogram

When more information is needed beyond screening of the heart,  ultrasound images are added before and

after exercise on the treadmill.  This is a much more accurate test than an exercise test by itself for diagnosing

blocked arteries or coronary artery disease. $ 495

Electrocardiogram (ECG)

An ECG is a fundamental heart evaluation tool.  It evaluates the electrical activity of the heart and it's rhythm.  $40

Holter Monitor

A Holter Monitor is a 24 hour recording of your heart rhythm and it is used to identify rhythm problems like atrial fibrillation.  $100
